KIYASA.COM GENERAL RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Return policy is aimed to be as flexible as possible for our customers while allowing us to maintain a fair and healthy relationship with our exclusive designers and manufactures located in different parts of the world. As a general policy, we accommodate returns on eligible items with either a Kiyasa.com credit or a refund to the original form of payment.

Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Returned item(s) must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Returned item(s) must be in original packaging including: paper warp, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes. Returned item(s) without the original packaging will be subject to a $5.00 box fee. If you’d prefer a refund to your original method of payment, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. If you’d prefer a Kiyasa.com credit which may be used, with no expiration date, for any future purchases, you will be credited in full. Kiyasa.com credits may not be transferred to others and you may not request cash back.  In either case, you will be responsible for arranging the return and any shipping fees.

  • Any Item on promotion or discounted is FINAL SALE and non-refundable (It is only eligible for Kiyasa.com Credit)
  • Any item used or damaged is non-refundable and non-returnable.

FOR PROUNA ITEMS ONLY

All Prouna items are sold with a one year warranty for repair or replacement in cases where the Swarovski elements fall off due to the manufacturer’s mal production; the warranty does not apply to cases where the elements fall due to customer’s miss-care/miss-use. Should you receive an item missing a stone, please contact us immediately at website@kiyasa.com. Please be sure to send us a photo of the defect. Kiyasa Group will examine each and every item that has been sent for replacement carefully and will determine if the item qualifies for replacement.

GIFT REGISTRY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unlikely event that you would like to exchange or return a gift you had registered for, we will happily issue you a credit to the full amount so that you can find something else on the site that you like, or we can refund you / your gift giver on the original form of payment. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will waive our 15% restocking fee on returns for our
