Our Return policy is aimed to be as flexible as possible for our customers while allowing us to maintain a healthy and continued relationship with our exclusive designers and manufactures spread all across the globe. As a result, not every product can be returned or refunded for cash. We will make sure to make it clear at time of your purchase if a product qualifies for a return, refund or exchange.

As a general policy, we accommodate returns on most items with either a Kiyasa.com credit or refund to the original form of payment, unless product is on promotion or discounted. 

Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the item’s shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including: paper warp, plastic wrap, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes. We are not able to accept returned items without their original packaging.     


Returnable items priced under $200 are eligible for a refund in form of Kiyasa.com Credit. There will be no expiration for the Kiyasa.com credits. Returnable items priced at $200 and above are eligible for a full refund back to the original form of payment. For all returns, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. All products on promotion or discount are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable

Once you have selected to receive your return in Kiyasa.com Credits, you cannot transfer the amount onto any form of original payment for cash back.

If any promotions or discounts were applied to your order, you will be refunded for the exact amount paid at time of purchase and per your invoice. 

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, you will have to provide us with your new credit card. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card.

All Prouna items are sold with a one year warranty for repair or replacement in cases where the Swarovski elements fall off due to the manufacturer’s mal production; the warranty does not apply to cases where the elements fall due to customer’s miss-care. Kiyasa Group will examine each and every item that has been sent for replacement carefully and will determine if the item qualifies for replacement. .
