Our Return policy is aimed to be as flexible as possible for our customers while allowing us to maintain a healthy and continued relationship with our exclusive designers and manufactures spread all across the globe. As a result, not every product can be returned or refunded for cash. We will make sure to make it clear at time of your purchase if a product qualifies for a return, refund or exchange.

As a general rule, we accommodate returns on most items with either a Kiyasa.com credit or refund to the original form of payment, unless items are on a special promotion.

Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the item’s shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including: paper warp, plastic wrap, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes. We are not able to accept returned items without their original packaging.     

RETURNS AND CREDITS

Returnable items priced at $199.99 and under are eligible for a refund in the form of Kiyasa.com Credit. Returnable items priced at $200 and above are eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment minus the cost of return shipping and handling or a Kiyasa.com Credit with no additional return charges. There will be no expiration for the Kiyasa.com credits.

Once you have selected to receive your return in Kiyasa.com Credits, you cannot transfer the amount onto any form of original payment for cash back.

If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, you will have to provide us with your new credit card. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card.

FOR PROUNA ITEMS ONLY

All Prouna items are sold with a one year warranty for repair or replacement in cases where the Swarovski elements fall off due to the manufacturer’s mal production; the warranty does not apply to cases where the elements fall due to customer’s miss-care. Kiyasa Group will examine each and every item that has been sent for replacement carefully and will determine if the item qualifies for replacement. .
